Change Customer Display version to version : 2.0.13+19

- Service, packing and other charges now appear on the bill, with an information button explaining each charge.
- Charges keep their original amounts and are excluded from food item counts and discounts.
- Payment screens distinguish processing, confirmed payments, declines and unconfirmed results, and show supported payment QR codes.
- Display artwork loads from the current store settings, and free modifiers retain their correct prices.
